Tea to reduce anxiety

  • 10 mint leave
  • 1 cup of water

How to do it:

Put the water in the fire and let it boil. After boiling, add the mint leaves and leave on fire for another 2 minutes. Cover and let 3 minutes, then drink.

4- Lemongrass tea

The lemongrass tea is wonderful to detoxify, but it has many properties that will help you in anxiety crises.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of water
  • 2 tablespoons lemongrass

How to make:

Put the water on the fire and let it boil, after raising the boil put the lemongrass and let it boil for another 2 minutes.

5- Lavender tea and orange peel

6- Lemon Balm tea

Lemon Balm tea is very well known for improving the quality of sleep, in the relief of pains (mainly headaches and menstrual) but besides that, Lemon Balm tea is a wonderfully soothing

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 tablespoon of Lemon Balm

How to make:

Boil the water, and then add the leaves of Lemon Balm, after that turn off the fire and muffle for 5 minutes. Drink at least 3 times a day.
